Purchasing Conditions

 

Maison Belloeil supplies outdoor furniture for residential, hospitality and international development projects.

Orders are generally confirmed upon acceptance of a quotation and agreed payment terms. For international and project-based orders, payment conditions may vary depending on the scope of the project, order volume and logistics requirements.

We remain available to discuss tailored purchasing conditions and to provide all necessary information regarding pricing, lead times and delivery arrangements.

How do we handle your orders?

 

Logistics execution is at the heart of our service promise. Each project is subject to a tailor-made delivery plan, adapted to the constraints of your site or establishment:

Delivery times: For our collections in stock, allow 1 to 4 weeks depending on the destination. For special manufacturing or large volumes (Giga-projects), a provisional production and delivery schedule is established during the quotation phase.

Transport conditions (Incoterms): We operate according to international trade standards (DDP, DAP, or FOB). We manage all customs formalities and secure transport to the delivery site for you.

Premium on-site services: On request, we can organize white-glove delivery including unloading, precise on-site installation, and packaging management, so that your spaces are ready for immediate use.

Consolidated tracking: For multi-site projects or complex orders, we provide consolidated delivery to optimize costs and ensure consistency of installation.

How do I assemble furniture and accessories?

Most of our furniture is delivered fully assembled or requires very simple assembly. Accessories such as lamps are a breeze to install!

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we do not have a physical store. We are planning to invest in a showroom as soon as possible.

Where can the furniture be viewed?

Our collections are currently distributed through a developing network of selected partners and showrooms.

As we continue expanding our international presence, new display locations will be regularly announced. We invite you to visit our website to stay informed about upcoming showrooms and presentation spaces.

For professional buyers and project teams, private presentations and detailed product documentation can also be provided upon request.

What about returns?

 


The Customer may return the purchased product(s) up to 14 days after the date of receipt of the Order. The product can only be returned and refunded if it is in perfect condition, intact, in its original packaging, with no missing parts, and accompanied by any accessories and instructions, allowing it to be resold in its current condition. Please refer to the general terms and conditions of sale for further information on returns.

 


Returns management and professional after-sales service

 

In the context of our B2B relationships and supply for large-scale projects, the return conditions are governed by the contractual nature of the order:

Verification upon receipt (Inspection): Upon delivery, each package must be carefully checked in the presence of the carrier. Any non-compliance or damage related to transport must be recorded in writing on the delivery note in order to activate the transport insurance and immediate replacement.

Guarantee of Conformity: Maison Belloeil guarantees that each product delivered strictly complies with the technical specifications and samples approved at the time of ordering. In the event of a proven manufacturing defect, we will replace the parts or products as soon as possible, in coordination with our manufacturing partners.

Special Orders (Contract): In accordance with international trade practices, products that are specially manufactured, customized (colors, fabrics, “Marine-Grade” finishes) or ordered in bulk for a specific project cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been confirmed.

Cancellation: All cancellation requests must be received by us before production begins. Once manufacturing has begun or the products have been shipped from our partner factories, the order is considered firm and final.
